Four Pharmaceutical Executives Plead Guilty

Last week, a federal court in Philadelphia heard sentencing arguments about the case of four Snythes, Inc. executives.  The four executives have pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor involving the off label use of a bone cement product that resulted in the death of three spine patients in operating rooms.  The executives deny any intent to violate the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) protocols.

The executives could be the first to serve a prison term as “responsible corporate officers.”

We will continue to monitor the sentencing phase of this case.
